I'm ready!

The official first day of Spring was last week but here in Logan we still have snow on the ground! I am so tired of the cold and have a severe case of Spring fever. Even though Logan still seems to be in the dead of winter some signs of Spring are starting to pop up. My co-worker Amber found these fabulously huge, juicy, delicious, & perfect strawberries at Smith's Marketplace! She was kind enough to bring them to work to share. This strawberry is the one I got to eat. You can't tell from the pic but it is the largest strawberry that I have ever seen! It was so yummy, just like having a sweet sunny day in my mouth. :)
The fabulous strawberry inspired me to purchase summer flip flops! Amber introduced me to "Old Navy" flip flops. Here's the best bit of the whole adventure. They're amazingly cheap. I bought these 2 pair for $5! Now that isn't $5 each but a mere $2.50 each! Amber assures me that "Old Navy" flip flops are the absolute best cheap flip flops out there. She says she has never had a problem with the thong bit ripping through the sole. Well see, but for $2.50 who cares if it does, right? Now if it were only warm enough to wear them.
I have an extreme urge to paint my toe nails....must go. :)

  1. Love the Old Navy Flip Flops. I have those yellow ones. I never have had a problem with them either.
