Canon & Daphney's new pet

Last weekend Chris sent me home with one of the beautiful flower arrangements from Cori's weeding. The flowers were in a 2 gallon glass square vase. As flowers tend to do they started to wilt. This prompted me to wonder what should I do with the vase? I had a brilliant I idea.....

I got a pet for Canon & Daphney.....a betta fish.
He's red and seems happy with black rocks and white plastic foliage as his new home. Of course he looks fab as well. Canon & Daph don't seem too interested in him thus far. Of course this may be a good thing. Now I just have to think of a fun name for him. Any suggestions?

Ellsworth & Nelson rehearsal dinner

Back in 1998 when I went to Dixie I became friends with this fabulous boy Erik Ellsworth. Wow, I can't believe it's been 11 years!

Since 1998 his family has become my family. I'm so loved. :)
Today his little sis Cori is getting married to Brandon Nelson.

Thursday night Chris (the Mom) called me and left a message that I was welcome and expected to be at all the family wedding stuff! Yippee for that. Now I just have to figure out how I can be in charge. :) Last night was the family rehearsal dinner. I spent the evening in Honeyville at the Ellsworth home wrapping 100 sets of plastic knives, forks & spoons into napkins, & tying pretty lavender ribbon around each one. Fun stuff!

Most importantly I got to bond with Chris and Kari's sisters & Kari's Mom. Kari's Mom decided it was her job to turn me into a smoker. She's this 70 year old eccentric lady who kept offering me cigarettes. So funny! Of course all the family are truly fabulous!

Today is the big wedding day....must get ready!

Tolman & Evens

On May 15, 2009 my favorite baby cousin Megan Tolman married Brandon Evens!I don't have any pics of the happy occasion due to the fact that I don't have a camera but I managed to steal these 2 pics off facebook.
This is a pic of some of my extended family at the Bountiful Temple right after the wedding. I was late so that is why you can't find me in this pic. This is most of my Uncle Larry's & all of my Uncle Tom's families.

The reception was beautiful...wish I had some pics. Once Megan gets around to posting some on facebook I'll steal some and post them here.
